Who can use HornMe
HornMe is a private, consent-focused app for adults aged 18 and over. It helps consenting adults communicate preferences and availability with a partner. You must be at least 18 to create or use an account.
HornMe is operated in the United Kingdom. Contact info@hornme.app with questions about these draft terms.
Consent is always specific and ongoing
Each person chooses whether to connect, what to share and whether to continue. Consent to one activity is not consent to another. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, including after a signal has been shared.
A preference, availability signal, mood, authored prompt or partner connection is not consent to an activity. App prompts never replace asking a partner directly and respecting their response.
Do not pressure a partner to connect, disclose information, respond or participate. Respect a refusal, a changed mind and a decision not to respond.
Use HornMe respectfully
- Do not use HornMe to harass, threaten, coerce, exploit or impersonate anyone.
- Do not involve anyone under 18, or use the service for unlawful activity.
- Do not share another person’s private information without their permission.
- Do not attempt to access someone else’s account or interfere with the service.
- Do not submit harmful code, spam or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
You can report a concern through Support. The final terms must explain the operational process for reports, restrictions, suspension and any available review.
Your account and choices
Create and use your own individual account. Keep account access private and do not share passwords, access tokens or magic links.
You can use the available privacy, safety and account controls and request deletion. Sending an email request does not itself delete an account; verification and processing are required.
Read the Privacy notice for information about data handling and details still under review.
Understand the service’s limits
HornMe is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal or other professional advice. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Prompts offer conversation starters. They do not guarantee a partner’s response, an outcome or a particular relationship experience.
Release availability and the final service arrangements are still to be confirmed. These draft terms do not establish an offer of a subscription or payment plan.
Your statutory rights remain protected
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Details awaiting approval
